膊頭甩骹切忌自行處理 (Only available in Chinese)

別輕視膝蓋痛急救五步曲減膝痛 (Only available in Chinese)

膝蓋痛的原因千奇百種，如在運動時膝蓋受傷可以先以「POLICE」作初步處理。如膝蓋疼痛同時不能行走、出現膝蓋腫脹的情況，以及在受傷時聽到膝蓋發出「啵」的聲響，則有機會是較嚴重的受傷情況，例如： • 前十字韌帶受傷 • 半月板受傷 • 內外副韌帶受傷 • 骨折若有以上情況出現則要立即求醫。若未能妥善處理，則可能會影響膝蓋的功能、運動能力，甚至出現患部提早退化的情況，影響日常生活。
