- Users have to present the following as identification upon registration for services:
- Alumni: Either CUHK alumni library card, or CUHK credit card, or valid graduation certificate approved by the University Senate (excluding short courses), or QR Code from the MyCUHK Portal (alumni version)
- Full-time staff: CUHK Staff Card
- Full-time student: Either CUHK student card, or CUHK credit card
- The offer only applies to self-paid bills and does not apply to bills directly settled by insurance companies or corporations.
