• GERD/Hiatal hernia

• Oesophageal motility disorder/Achalasia

Investigations: 

• OGD 

• Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) +/- biopsy 

• Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) 

Intervention endoscopic procedures: 

• Endoscopic haemostasis for upper gastrointestinal bleeding 

• Endoscopic stenting for advanced cancers 

• Endoscopic resection of early gastrointestinal cancers 

• Interventional endoscopic ultrasound for drainage of pancreatic fluid collections, biliary tract and gallbladder 

In-patient treatment and surgical procedures: 

• Gastrectomy (Lap & open) 
• Oesophagectomy (MIS & open) 
• Laparoscopic fundoplication 
• Splenectomy (Lap & open) 
• Celiac plexus neurolysis for unresectable cancer
