Terms & Conditions
- To enjoy the offers under this “8 March International Women’s Day - Women's Health Selected Programmes and Offers” (this “Offer”), each participant (“Participant”) must make an appointment registration for each Selected Programme that she wishes to participate within the period commencing on 6 March 2025 and ending on 30 April 2025 (both days inclusive) (“Registration Period”) in accordance with clause 4 below, and complete the first doctor consultation of each Selected Programme registered on or before 30 June 2025.
- Each Participant is deemed to have read, accepted, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon making an appointment registration for any service under this Offer.
- This Offer is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the service capacity of CUHK Medical Centre or CUHK Medical Clinic (Tsim Sha Tsui) (as the case may be).
Appointment Registration:
a. Participant of Selected Programme(s) provided at CUHK Medical Centre must make an advance appointment registration for the relevant Selected Programme(s) during the Registration Period by calling CUHK Medical Centre - Women Health Centre hotline at 3946 6862 or CUHK Medical Centre - Assisted Production Centre hotline at 3946 6133 (depending on the programme(s) that the Participant intends to join).
b. Participant of Selected Programme(s) provided at CUHK Medical Clinic must make an advance appointment registration for the relevant Selected Programme(s) during the Registration Period by calling CUHK Medical Clinic (Tsim Sha Tsui) hotline at 3468 7141.- The services provided under this Offer are only available to persons aged 18 or above.
- Each Participant has to agree to and accept the relevant service terms and conditions of CUHK Medical Centre or CUHK Medical Clinic (as the case may be) before receiving the services provided under this Offer.
- The relevant registered medical practitioner(s) of CUHK Medical Centre or CUHK Medical Clinic (as the case may be) has the sole discretion to determine a Participant’s suitability to receive the services under the Selected Programme(s) that she has registered for or the applicability of such Selected Programme(s) to the Participant. If such medical practitioner determines that the Participant is not suitable to receive such services or such Selected Programme(s) is/are not applicable to the Participant, CUHK Medical Centre or CUHK Medical Clinic (as the case may be) will only charge the Participant doctor’s consultation fee and (if applicable) any related diagnostic and/or medication fees/charges according to its/their prevailing price(s).
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
- This Offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services. Any fees paid for the services under this Offer are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
- CUHK Medical Centre Limited and CUHK Medical Clinic Limited reserve the right to amend any provision of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of CUHK Medical Centre Limited and/or CUHK Medical Clinic Limited, as the case may be, shall be final and conclusive.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
- No person other than the Participants and CUHK Medical Centre Limited and/or CUHK Medical Clinic Limited will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions.
- In the event of inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
