To apply for the Admission Right and Clinical Privileges in CUHK Medical Centre, please send the completed application forms together with the required documents to Human Resources Department via email to vms@cuhkmc.hk, or mail to 12/F, CUHK Medical Centre, 9 Chak Cheung Street, Shatin, New Territories, Hong Kong.

Administrative processing normally takes 4-6 weeks.  For enquiry, please send it to vms@cuhkmc.hk.
