Statement: Beware of Scam Calls

CUHK Medical Centre (CUHKMC) was recently notified by patients of a deceptive activity, where phone scammers, impersonating CUHKMC, informed patients of collection of medical documents using pre-recorded messages. CUHKMC has reported the case to the Police and hereby reminds the public that CUHKMC would not make any pre-recorded voice calls to patients regarding collection of documents. Members of the public should stay vigilant and when in doubt, call our Call Centre (Tel: 3946 6888) or the medical centre/unit concerned directly.
