Statement: Beware of Fraudulent Facebook Advertisement / Post

CUHK Medical Centre (CUHKMC) discovered that fraudsters have made use of the Hospital’s or CUHK professor’s name to launch fake hospital Facebook advertisement/post and promote commercial products. CUHKMC has reported the case to the Police and hereby reminds the public that CUHKMC only has one official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/cuhkmedicalcentre/). CUHKMC will not market any commercial products on the Hospital’s official website and official social media platforms. Members of the public should stay vigilant, and should always refer to our official website (https://www.cuhkmc.hk/) or call our Call Centre (Tel: 3946 6888) for any enquiries or when in doubt.
