Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Cross-Border Remittance
To meet the medical needs of mainland visitors to Hong Kong, our hospital accepts Cross-Border Remittance through Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). This allows mainland visitors to have an additional payment option when receiving health check services.
Cross-Border Remittance is applicable to the following services:
- Health check programmes covered under International Medical Services

Points to Note：
- Customers need to obtain a reference number from us for effecting the remittance, please contact us at (852) 3946 6936 or E-mail : ims@cuhkmc.hk
- The remittance may be withheld for checking by the bank and causing delay, or eventually rejected by bank
Conditions for Refund:
- If service is received at a price lower than the remitted amount, the overpaid amount will be refunded to customer
- For refund amount less than HK$1,000, the refund will be in the form of cash at our hospital
- For refund amount over HK$1,000, the refund will be in the form of Cross-Border remittance* to the original remitting bank account
- If no service is received, a handling fee of HK$300 per transaction will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be in the form of Cross-Border remittance* to the original remitting bank account
- Refund amount in Hong Kong dollars
*The recipients need to contact ICBC for any necessary procedures for release of remitted fund.
