Introduction

Our Eye Centre aims to provide quality and subspecialty-based clinical ophthalmic care to the public. Operated by a team of CUHK professors, ophthalmologists, ophthalmic nurses, optometrists, and other professionals, our Centre is equipped with a complete range of ophthalmic equipment, which allows our clinical team to deliver high standard, patient-centred and one-stop ophthalmic services, from basic eye investigations and consultation to procedure and surgery.

眼眶骨折 (Only available in Cantonese)

(Only Available in Cantonese) [傳媒訪問] 香港電台：精靈一點 - 眼眶骨折眼眶可保護眼球，亦同時連結著眼球周邊的結構或組織，例如視神經、淚腺、以及其他協助眼球運作的血管、肌肉、軟組織等。眼眶的骨頭有部份位置比較脆弱，容易受傷。若果眼眶出現骨折，一般可分為爆裂性眼眶骨折及活板門眼眶骨折。中大醫院眼科專科醫生麥兆婷醫生在訪問中解釋，眼眶骨折通常於欖球、足球運動員或交通意外傷者的身上發生。若果病人的眼眶骨折造成視神經受損，他們視力的清晰度、顏色感知和視野範圍均會受影響，如骨折影響了控制眼球的肌肉，也可能產生重影。假若傷勢較嚴重，眼骨底部的重要神經線受損，病人由下眼皮開始至嘴唇整個區域均有機會感到麻痺；而若移位的眼眶骨頭「夾著」眼球底部的特定肌肉，病人亦可因為身體的反射作用而心跳減慢。麥醫生亦於訪問中講解了眼科專科醫生如何透過臨床檢查及各種影像技術為眼眶骨折的病人進行診斷，以及如何透過微創手術為嚴重個案修補眼眶，改善眼球凹陷的狀況。重溫連結︰ https://bit.ly/CUHKMC_RTHK_MST_20240902

10大護眼小貼士 (Only available in Chinese)

10大護眼小貼士： 1. 多看綠色物件綠色光的波長較短，觀看綠色物件時，睫狀肌和水晶體能夠較為放鬆，減輕眼睛疲勞。 2. 適當閱讀與使用電子設備（20-20-20護眼法則）閱讀或使用電子產品20分鐘後，應小休20秒，並望向20呎以外的物件。 3. 保持適當燈光在使用電子設備或閱讀時，光線要充足。並使用均勻的燈光或天然光線。 4. 勿亂用眼藥水眼部不適時，切勿胡亂使用眼藥水。應按照眼科醫生的指示滴用。 5. 不要吸煙吸煙會增加患上黃斑點退化、白內障和青光眼的機會。 6. 定期檢查眼睛三歲開始便應定期驗眼。若果出現視力模糊，便應及早求醫。 7. 選擇合適的眼鏡若果有遠近視、散光或老花等，應選擇和配戴合適的眼鏡。 8. 猛烈太陽下配戴太陽眼鏡太陽眼鏡能過濾有害紫外線，可減少強烈光線進入眼睛。 9. 切勿揉眼揉眼有很大機會令眼睛感染有害物。 10. 注意均衡飲食適量進食含維生素A的食物，如蕃茄和紅蘿蔔等。
