Cognitive Health Assessment Programme
The Cognitive Health Assessment Programme (Programme) is a dedicated programme under our Neurocognitive Centre and is designed and led by neurologists. The Programme employs advanced blood-based biomarker diagnostics, supported by artificial intelligence assisted brain imaging assessment tool, AccuBrain®, which is more accurate and effective in detecting early-stage Alzheimer’s Disease and other neurodegenerative cognitive disorders.
Who are suitable to join this Programme?
- 40-year-old or above
with a family history of dementia or other neurodegenerative cognitive disorders - 60-year-old or above
with symptoms of potential dementia or other neurodegenerative cognitive disorders - Public that are concerned about their brain health

Participation in the Neurocognitive Registry
We have joined hands with The Chinese University of Hong Kong (“CUHK”) and the Charles K. Kao Foundation for Alzheimer’s Disease to establish the “Neurocognitive Registry” with the aim to collect clinical data for research purposes, in the hope of achieving breakthroughs in neurocognitive disorder treatment. Participants of the Cognitive Health Assessment Programme are welcomed to take part in this registry and contribute to the medical research on neurocognitive disorder.
Terms and Conditions for the “Cognitive Health Assessment Programme”
- The clinical assessment by specialist under the “Cognitive Health Assessment Programme” (the “Programme”) is provided by doctors designated by CUHK Medical Centre.
- The price of the Programme does not include fees and/or charges for any medication or treatments.
- Advance booking is required for the Programme, and it is subject to service availability at CUHK Medical Centre.
- The promotional period for the Special Discounted Price is from 17 October 2024 to 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive. A participant has to complete all items under the Programme within the promotional period in order to enjoy such offer. If a participant fails to do so, CUHK Medical Centre reserves the right to charge such participant for the price difference between the Original Price and the Special Discounted Price.
- Unless otherwise specified by CUHK Medical Centre, any offer (such as the Special Discounted Price) under the Programme cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
- If the doctor determines that a participant is not suitable to receive the services under the Programme, or the Programme is not applicable to the participant, CUHK Medical Centre will only charge the doctor consultation fee and (if applicable) any related diagnostic and medication fees/charges according to its prevailing listed prices.
- If, for whatever reason, a participant is unable to complete all the items under the Programme, CUHK Medical Centre reserves the right to charge for each item completed at its prevailing listed price.
- The prices for the Programme as listed above are for reference only and are subject to change without prior notice.
- The offer under the Programme is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services. Any fees paid for the services under the Programme are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
- CUHK Medical Centre Limited (“CUHKMC”) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of CUHKMC shall be final and conclusive.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. No person other than the participants and CUHKMC will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
- In the event of inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
